2- Accounts

You have to do these steps:

• Some features require you to create an account using your name and email.
• Keep your account info safe and accurate.

3- Credit System

This includes a few steps:

• Each full brand analysis uses 10 credits.
• Free accounts get 100 credits/month; Pro accounts have unlimited credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and can't be redeemed for cash.

4- How You Can Use the Platform

You must use this platform for:

• Only for legal, professional purposes.
• Don't try to hack or misuse the platform.
• Don't infringe on others' intellectual property.

5- Your Data & AI Analytics

Our platform operates on:

• We use your URLs to generate insights.
• AI analytics come from publicly available data and AI outputs.
• You own your brand's data; we don't claim it.

6- Privacy

We only collect your name and email. No tracking or cookies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7- Intellectual Property

The platform, technology, and content belong to Klarivo LLC. Don't copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8- Limitation of Liability

Our limitation include must:

9- Ending Access

We may suspend or close accounts for violations or other reasons. You'll lose access to your account and any unused credits.
