The quiz weights role, headcount, category, revenue band, marketing spend, AI-search situation, timeline, and signing authority. A perfect ICP profile qualifies for the calendar path; hard disqualifiers (e.g. pre-revenue, under $10K/month spend, tourist intent) route to resources even if a founder title inflates the numeric score.
